Making the transition into the technology space in early 2012, Adele furthered her expertise in programmatic by working with exchange technology and began consulting for CoLab Media Consulting in 2016 before her appointment as Country Manager at Index Exchange in 2017. A digital media veteran, Phil Cowlishaw is Head of Adobe Advertising Cloud for the Asia Pacific. Phil joined Adobe via the company’s acquisition of TubeMogul, where he was vice president of strategy, responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing customised solutions to help clients fully utilise TubeMogul’s software platform to meet their brand advertising needs effectively. Before TubeMogul, Phil was head of technology at Ikon Communications in Australia and head of media operations at Blue Barracuda in London.
Eric Burke is the Brand Manager of Gatorade at Pepsi Co, having also managed Doritos. His previous role was Marketing Coordinator at David Jones, where he was responsible for managing vendor funded marketing campaigns across the fashion, accessories and home to support strategic commercial initiatives.
Peter Barry is an accomplished senior executive with a demonstrated history of over 17 years in business development and management across ad tech, print, and radio.

Ayal Steiner is VP, Global Ad Revenue at Outbrain, leading advertising sales and commercial strategy globally.
Steiner joined Outbrain in 2012 to launch Australia and New Zealand markets.
He later became the managing director of the APAC business and oversaw expansion into several markets in Asia.
In 2017, he became Vice President of International Revenue to lead commercial strategy and revenues across all markets outside the US before being promoted to VP, Global Ad Revenue leading the company’s demand and monetization strategy.
Chi Lo is the Director of Accounts, ANZ at the Trade Desk and has been with the company for over two years. In his role, Chi is responsible for leading the Client Services team. Chi is actively involved in building relationships with client leadership and managing The Trade Desk’s client facing personnel. He is an experienced keynote speaker, industry writer and an active educator and was listed in the AdNews 2020 Emerging Leaders list. After a successful stint at the Regional level, Viki joined the SAP Global team as the Integrated Program Lead for Finance related campaigns in 2014, with 2017 seeing Viki relocate to Australia, where later that same year she joined the Australian team in her current capacity. Viki has significant experience in project managing and running integrated programs across the buyer’s journey and across multiple channels including Paid Media. Viki is passionate about all things marketing and mentoring junior members of the team to achieve excellence.
A marketer-turned-enterpreneur, Travis Teo is co-founder and executive director of Adzymic, a multi-award winning ad tech company that helps brands and agencies simplify their creative management processes and improve their display advertising performance.
Before Adzymic, he worked at SAP where he led the digital media practices for the Asia Pacific region, including programmatic media, paid social, paid search and global media innovation. In a career that has spanned more than 14 years across technology companies such as HP, as well as an agency stint with OgilvyOne as senior consultant, he has a wealth of experience in digital marketing, CRM, data analytics and media.
Angus is the Commercial Director for ANZ at Adform, a leading global independent adtech company headquartered out of Copenhagen. Executing upon the company’s growth strategy, Angus is responsible for building Adform’s regional footprint with global and local partners on both buy and sell-side. Angus also works closely with a team of pre-sales and platform consultants to deliver and implement bespoke solutions. He brings 10 years of experience across creative advertising, media and adtech to the table and outside of working life, can usually be found somewhere on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Juozas Petravičius is the Commercial Director for the SEA region at Adform. Whilst leading the commercial growth and expansion within South-East Asia, JP also supports as a subject matter expert for the wider APAC region. In 2006, Lisa started as a Manager at American Express in the UK working in an International team to develop strategies that enhanced online acquisition capabilities across all global markets. After being promoted to a Senior Manager, she joined the Australian team managing a range of online and offline channels to drive acquisition growth. After joining the American Express product team to launch 4 new test products across Australia and New Zealand, she took on additional responsibility to lead the Digital Acquisition and Partnership team across ANZ. Lisa and her team are passionate about delivering flawless customer centric digital acquisition experiences, using data to help drive strategies.
Lindsay is Chief Executive of the Association of New Zealand Advertisers (ANZA). A career marketer, Lindsay worked for Glaxo, Fletcher Challenge and Research International, before an extensive career with Unilever and the opportunity to work with iconic brands including Lynx, Dove, Persil and Streets. He was New Zealand Director for Unilever and an Executive Director on the Unilever Australasia Board.
Lindsay is a Board Member of the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and has held Board positions on a number of industry organisations including the Food & Grocery Council, ECR Australasia and the Market Research Society.
Away from the day job, Lindsay is on the Board of Tennis New Zealand and theatre company, Tadpole Productions, balancing interests in both sports and the arts.
Angela leads a team of talented marketers who both acquire and retain loyal customers for Optus. They were a large part of the Marketing team that took Optus to Australia’s strongest brand in the 2020 Brand Finance Index, with their work spanning from high impact TVCs to direct customer marketing. Antonia is a passionate media and marketing professional. She spent the first years of her career on the media agency side in the UK and then Sydney, gaining experience across global brands in automotive, finance, telco and FMCG sectors.
She then moved client side to Nestlé in 2012, working for the world’s largest Food manufacturer. Antonia currently leads the media, content and data transformation of the Oceania business, working with iconic brands like KIT KAT, MILO, MAGGI and NESCAFÉ.
Ant is a veteran New Zealand media specialist with over 17 years of experience working for some of the big media agencies like Colenso BBDO, DDB, and DraftFCB. He is New Zealand’s most experienced programmatic strategist and manages Acquire’s account service team.
