Having started during the heady boom days of late 90’s San Francisco, Deirdre McGlashan has been involved in all aspects of digital marketing throughout her career, from strategy to media to technical development and everything in between.

As Global Chief Digital Officer for MediaCom, her role is to ensure the full power of technology and interactivity is utilised to unlock business growth for clients’ brands, from thinking about the entire marketing system when developing communications solutions, to harnessing and using different types of data for identifying opportunities, solutioning and execution, through to delivering specialist excellence in activation.

Having this understanding of the holistic digital picture and experience with how things are built from the very beginning has given her a strong base to help clients make the most of their communication system.

Harry Kargman is the founder and CEO of Kargo, the leading mobile brand advertising marketplace. Harry was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016. Under his leadership over the last 15+ years, Harry has transformed Kargo from a small start-up into one of the advertising industry’s fastest- growing and most innovative technology companies — announced as an Inc. 500 winner in 2015. Harry sits on the Advertising Council Board of Directors. His experience building Kargo from the ground up has given him a deep understanding of the latest trends. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at CES, IAB, Advertising Week, Websummit, Cannes and other advertising and technology conferences, and has been featured in The NYTimes, The Today Show, AdAge, Bloomberg, Fox Business, The Wall Street Journal, NPR and dozens of other media outlets.

Harry graduated with honors from Harvard College, where he is now an advisor to young entrepreneurs through the Harvard Innovation Lab. He lives in New York City with his wife and three children.

Lindsay is Chief Executive of the Association of New Zealand Advertisers (ANZA). A career marketer, Lindsay worked for Glaxo, Fletcher Challenge and Research International, before an extensive career with Unilever and the opportunity to work with iconic brands including Lynx, Dove, Persil and Streets. He was New Zealand Director for Unilever and an Executive Director on the Unilever Australasia Board.

Lindsay is a Board Member of the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and has held Board positions on a number of industry organisations including the Food & Grocery Council, ECR Australasia and the Market Research Society.

Away from the day job, Lindsay is on the Board of Tennis New Zealand and theatre company, Tadpole Productions, balancing interests in both sports and the arts.

At ASB, Shane and his team take responsibility for the brand and marketing of all products, services, segments, customer communications, digital marketing and are committed to helping NZ communities through their community, sponsorship and events portfolio.

Shane’s career kicked off in the marketing graduate programme with Australia Post (Melbourne) in 2000. Moving to London in 2004, he was part of the team that led the global re-brand of Aviva across 28 markets, rebranding over 50 brands including Norwich Union, the UK’s largest insurer, to a single global brand. This was quoted as the ‘slickest rebranding exercise in corporate history’ by the Times in 2009. Before joining Aviva he spent three years freelancing at two brand agencies in London and a year with the Royal Bank of Scotland.

His passion lies in understanding how digital is changing customers’ lives and responding through innovative propositions and solutions. This has manifested itself in Clever Kash – our world first digital money-box.

His team prides itself in creativity and has won over 80 NZ and global awards including; The EFFIES (Most Effective Client), NZDM Awards (Grand Prix, Most Effective, Marketer of the year – Vanessa Morris), AXIS (Client of the Year, Grand AXIS), The BEACONS (Most Effective), a GOLD LION, a WEBBY, 10 PENCILS and also winning the NZ & Australian CBA Group team of the year.
